Roderich Paesold was a Czech entrepreneur who began his business studies in his father’s music dealership, later setting up a bow dealership in Germany and eventually a workshop employing several highly qualified makers in Bubenreuth. This hugely successful firm was later acquired by a succession of music related companies and still produces fine bows today as an independent division of the Höfner company
